The Oaks is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping a total of five people and benefits from an open plan living room and kitchen.
Ideal for those planning a family holiday or for friends meeting up. You will find it warm and cosy whatever the weather being centrally heated with underfloor heating.
It comes fully equipped with everything you will need for a holiday home away from home and incorporates all of the creature comforts for a peaceful stay.
There is a separate laundry room drying off outdoor clothing and storing muddy walking boots. Also secure storage for bikes or other outdoor equipment.
Wi-fi internet access throughout.

Downstairs
The barn has been lovingly rebuilt in the original stone with exposed beams reflecting its history whilst incorporating all the comforts of modern living.
You will find a comfortable open plan lounge where you can enjoy your favourite film or lose yourself in a good book. The spacious kitchen/dining area makes for lovely social gatherings enjoying a good meal, company and wine!
The kitchen comes with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridgefreezer, toaster, kettle and all of the crockery, pans and utensils required for your stay. If cooking doesn’t sound like the kind of holiday you have in mind then there is a great selection of traditional pubs and restaurants nearby!
Bedrooms & En-suite Bathrooms
Venture upstairs and you will find the bedrooms, each featuring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and trusses and having their own private ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds and an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a single bed with an ensuite shower room. You could even use this room as an extension to the lounge…a quiet place to escape to and relax with a good book!
Outside
Outside you will find secluded patio areas to the front and rear of the barn which enjoy superb views across the Hope Valley. To the front you can enjoy an al fresco breakfast with the sun rising over Win Hill, or later in the day why not sit back with an evening tipple watching the sun set over Lose Hill.
Guests are welcome to explore the private farmland throughout the year where you will find our flock of pedigree sheep grazing.
There is plenty of off-road parking in the courtyard to the front of the barn, something of a rarity up here in the Peak District!
