How to Book The Barn at Mead Farm...

1. SELECT YOUR COTTAGE & CHECK AVAILABILITY
Look for the dates you would like to stay in the availability calendars to the right.

We keep our calendars up to date as possible, but please note we could have received a booking whilst you have been viewing our website.

2. TELEPHONE OR EMAIL US
Having found your preferred date, please give us a call on 01433 623588 or email us on info@thebarnatmeadfarm.com to check availability.

If you do not receive a reply within 24hours, your email may have been blocked.  Please email again on

mead.farm@btinternet.com     or telephone 01433 623588. 

 If the  cottages are available and you wish to make a reservation, we will then send you a booking form by post or email.

3. RETURN YOUR BOOKING FORM
Please complete the booking form and return it  to Mead Farm.  We ask for a deposit of £100 for The Acorn and £150 for The Oaks. to secure a booking.  You can pay by credit or debit card by phone, most cards are accepted apart from American Express and Diners Club.  Payment by cheque may delay your confirmation.  Please note that as from January 1st 2012 we shall no longer accept cheques.  If your stay is less than 4 weeks away, we  ask for the full amount to be paid to secure the booking.

Please be assured that no card details are kept on file after a payment has been confirmed.

We will send you a confirmation letter, together with a receipt for your deposit, and a copy of the terms and conditions of the booking.  As the deposit is non-refundable we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.  We will always endeavour to be flexible if problems arise due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. PAY THE BALANCE
Your balance will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.

We will confirm receipt of the balance payment when received by email or post.

Tariffs For Mead Farm

The prices quoted below are per cottage, not per person. Your cottage will be available to you from 3.00pm, but if you are early and it is not ready, you are welcome leave your luggage with us.  It would be helpful if you could give us an approximate time of arrival, latest is 10.00pm.  To ensure that we can be ready for the next guests, we request that you be ready to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.

CHANGE OVER DAY WILL BE FRIDAY FOR WEEKLY BOOKINGS.

SPECIAL OFFERS 2013:

Subject to availability, and generally not during the peak times of the year, we offer a 2 night weekend break - Friday and Saturday - as below:

The Acorn: £185 plus an option to include Sunday or Thursday night for an extra £60  ( 3 nights £245)

The Oaks:£280 plus an option to include Sunday or Thursday night  for an extra £95. ( 3 nights £375)

Also during quieter periods you may be interested in 'Peak in the Week'. This is a 4 night break arriving on Monday and leaving on Friday, subject to availabilty.

When available, a 3 night Bank Holiday break in 2013 will be £270 for The Acorn and £405 for The Oaks.  Please note that only weekly bookings are available during August.
