How to Book The Barn at Mead Farm
1. SELECT YOUR COTTAGE & CHECK AVAILABILITY
Look for the dates you would like to stay in the availability calendars to the right.
We keep our calendars up to date, but please note we could have received a booking whilst you have been viewing our website. Check the tariff for your chosen dates by clicking on the 'tariff' page underneath the calandar.
2. TELEPHONE OR EMAIL US
Having found your preferred date, please give us a call on 01433 623588 or email us on email@example.com to confirm.
If you do not receive a reply to your email within 24hours please check your junk folder or call Chris on 01433 623588.
You can pay by card over the telephone. If you would like to make a bank transfer please let us know and we will send you bank details. We ask for a deposit of £150 to secure a booking. If your stay is less than 4 weeks away, we ask for the full amount to secure the booking. We will send you a confirmation letter, together with a receipt for your deposit and a copy of the terms and conditions of the booking.
Your balance will be due 1 month before your arrival date. We will confirm receipt of the balance payment when received.
Both the deposit and balance, once paid, are non-refundable so we recommend that you take out travel insurance. We will always endeavour to be flexible if problems arise due to unforeseen circumstances but will only be able to offer a refund if we are able to re-book the cottage following a cancellation.
